Lane Cove Tennis club offers a range of social, competition and tournament play to suit almost any player.

For competitive players the club plays in the NSTA round robin competition. Held 4 times a year in a variety of formats on Saturday afternoon. There are 2 major competitions of 10 weeks and 2 mini-comps of 5 weeks held during the off season. The formats range from a mixture of singles and doubles, or doubles only in the major competition. LCTC enters teams in all divisions of the comp and can help find you a team if you would like to enter.

Membership also entitles players to enter the the NSTA Grade Championship and LCTC Club Championship which are both tournament knock out competitions held once a year respectively.

Social tennis is held every Saturday afternoon (depending on competition court needs) for players not interested in competition and at a variety of special occasions during the year including a Wimbledon day over the weekend of the 'real' tournament. New players are welcome to come and visit us from 2pm on Saturday, consult the calendar if you would like to know if social is being held on that weekend.
